Hello! I am Carmen Harris - founder of Bohemian Academics. I specialize in early childhood literacy, educational consulting, and homeschool coaching.
The vision for my company was birthed when I taught my oldest daughter how to read at age 2.
As a result of me sharing her progress on social media, I created an early literacy curriculum based on the strategies that I used.
In addition to my signature early childhood literacy curriculum, "Teach Your Baby to Read", I also offer digital courses, educational consulting, and homeschool coaching.
My belief is that you should have "the freedom to educate your child your way".

I taught for many years in Atlanta and earned my Master of Arts in Teaching before retiring. By profession, I am a Certified Life Coach. Currently, I homeschool both of my daughters. We enjoy living a bohemian lifestyle. My homeschool philosophy is that you should have "the freedom to educate your child your way".
